Here are Madison’s Daily Announcements for Wednesday, Jan. 16:

  • International Night Auditions at 3 pm on Wednesday, Jan. 16 in the Orchestra Room.
  • The Crystal Ball Winter Dance will be on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 9 to 11 pm in the Small Gym.
  • AP Exam Opt Out Forms are due to the counseling department by Tuesday, Jan. 22.
  • Volunteers needed to read to Kindergarten students at Louise Archer Elementary School on Wednesdays at 3 pm. Go to Room 155 for details.
  • Seniors: First application form for the WINGS internship program is due on Friday, Feb. 1. Access the form through the yellow QR codes posted around the building.
  • Register for the American Mathematics Competition by Thursday, Jan. 17. with your math teacher. The competition will take place at Madison on Thursday, Feb. 7 and costs $10 to participate.
  • Seniors: Senior dues of $135 are due by Thursday, Jan. 24. The cost rises to $150 on this date.
  • Ninth grade Warhawk Time teachers and M&M Mentors: Connect activity during Warhawk Time on Thursday, Jan. 17. Make sure ninth graders stay in their Warhawk Time.
  • Bring donations of shoes for the DECA Soles4Souls Drive throughout the month of January. Boxes will be around the school.
  • Bring donations of new or used pens and pencils to the boxes in Room 236 for Octagon Club’s fundraiser for Rights to Write.
  • MAD Drama performances of Tick, Tick, Boom will take place on Thursday, Jan. 24, Friday, Jan. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 26 at 7 pm. Tickets are $5.

Club Meetings:

  • English Honor Society hours are due to Mr. Allen by the end of the day on Thursday, Jan. 24.
  • Jewish Student Union meeting after school on Wednesday, Jan. 16 in Room 124.
