Cook up these easy chocolate truffles when you have chance

This recipe is so rewarding for such little work! Anyone can make these successfully!

INGREDIENTS
– 300 g semi- sweet chocolate chips
– 150 ml heavy cream
– 40 g unsalted butter, diced
– cocoa powder
– crushed candy canes
– chocolate sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
– Pour chocolate chips and diced butter into a heat proof bowl.
– Bring cream to a boil
– Pour cream mixture over chocolate and stir until smooth
– Let cool in the fridge until stiff enough to scoop, about 2-4 hours
– Make small scoops with a mini ice cream scoop and roll into balls.
– Roll in your choice of decoration: crushed candy cane, dark cocoa powder, or chocolate sprinkles.
– Store in refrigerator for up to a week
