Here are Madison’s Daily Announcements for Thursday, Dec. 13:

• Ninth grade Warhawk Time teachers and M&M Mentors: Connect activity during Warhawk Time on Thursday, Dec. 13. Make sure ninth graders stay in their Warhawk Time.
• There is a Varsity Girls Basketball game tonight in honor of Kelly Brodnik. The game is at 7:30 in the Main Gym. Wear purple or green in support of Kelly and the Brodnik family.
• T-shirt and sweatshirt collection for the Senior Service Project. Drop donations off to Mr. Mylnar in Room 110 by Friday Jan. 11.
• Senior Service Project: Donations of crafts, journals, puzzles, pens, stickers, crayons, and colored pencils for the Children’s National Hospital can be turned into Room 150A.
• Seniors: Information on a Georgetown student ambassador visit on Monday, Dec. 17 can be found in Naviance.
• Minorities Club Blanket Drive until Friday, Dec. 21. Look for decorated boxes in the Library, Main Office and Cafeteria.
• For information on getting service hours by reading to Louise Archer Elementary kindergarteners after school, go to Room 155. Volunteers are needed.
• Holiday Candy Canes with notes are being sold for $1 in lunches this week.
• Latin, French, Spanish Honor Society food drive needs donations by Friday, Dec. 14.
• Amnesty Write for Rights will be taking place during all lunches this week.

• Octagon Club meeting after school on Thursday, Dec. 13 in Room 236.

• Madison Minds Matter meeting after school on Tuesday, Dec. 18 in Room 164.
