Charlotte Steffens was born in Reston, Virginia, and has lived in Fairfax County for nine years. She is a senior and this is her first year on the Hawk Talk staff and is a staff writer. Outside of Hawk Talk, she enjoys reading, baking, spending time with friends and family and long walks on the beach.
