Maddy Lehman was born in Fairfax, Virginia, and has lived in the area her whole life. She is a sophomore and this is her first year working on The Hawk Talk, but was in journalism last year. Outside of journalism, Maddy runs cross country, and enjoys reading and hanging out with friends in her free time.
